I am always amazed when I find these intact or even close to complete when most are so delicate. With all of the work that has been done at the mine over it's 100 year history, it is always amazing to find a stony floater that is intact or undamaged.
Although it looks flat, this crystal does have the double sided, ditriaginal dipyrimidal shape. This small crystal specimen weighs in at .58 carats, and measures approx. 7.62 mm x 6.80 mm x 2.47 mm. It fluoresces beautifully under shortwave UV light.
It may be small, but it is as close to perfect as you will find.
