Here is a lot of 4, beautiful and nicely formed benitoite crystals.
Starting on the left, is a rather rare large tabular benitoite crystal, 12.0 mm x 5.74 mm.
These tabular crystals are generally much smaller. It is colorless with slight blue edges and very transparent.
Next is a large, well formed very transparent blue crystals measuring 13.0 mm x 6.0 mm.
Next is a small partial crystals, with 2 good terminations and transparent, 8.5 mm x 5.0 mm.
Last is a well formed blue crystals that is almost complete.
What makes this one specimen id the neptunite that is included in the right termination, 7.2 mm x 6.2 mm.
The benitoite grew around this neptunite, so the crystal is about 50% included within the crystal.
A really great set of crystals with some uniqueness.
