Here is something you never see me part with, benitoite facet rough.
This is a melee cutting parcel of Benitoite.
Most piece will only cut 1.5 to 2.0 mm size stones, but there might be a few 3.0 mm in the lot.
Even if your cutting yield is ridiculously low at 10%, you would still have just over 2 carats of melee.
At todays retail pricing, that could be up to $5000 in cut stones, depending on the clarity and depth of color.
So, unless you enjoy cutting very small gems, this parcel is destined to be cut overseas.
