Here is an amazing piece of Benitoite Jewelry!
This "One of a Kind" ring was custom made 10 years ago, and has sat in a safe ever since.
The center stone Benitoite, has a G.I.A. colored stone report from right before the stone was sold and set.
Photographing highly polished jewelry not easy, so I apologize for my reflections in the ring.
Custom jewelry, like fine art, will appeal to some and not so much to others.
This beautiful ring, was crafted out of approx. 18.46 grams of white and yellow gold.
The width of the ring varies from 9.2 mm at the back, to 13.9 mm at the front.
The ring has a large round brilliant cut benitoite as it's center stone which is bezel set
There are 4 pink and 2 white diamonds set on each side of the ring.

1.71 cts Benitoite Center stone, with G.I.A. report
.44 carats of Diamonds,
8 - 1.75 mm pink diamonds
4 - 2.0 mm white diamonds
18.46 grams of 18K White and Yellow Gold
Ring Size, 5 3/4 (measures 6 1/2, but due to width of the gold band 5 3/4 is a better fit), definitely made for slim fingers.
*Due to the width and thickness of the gold, this ring cannot be sized.
The pink and white diamonds are of excellent quality.
The large, 1.71 carat Benitoite, has that beautiful deep blue with violet coloring. It has amazing fire in the sunlight and under most lighting.
*The stone is eye clean. There is however a veil inclusion within the stone towards the edge, that requires magnification to be seen clearly.
*It would appear that on final polish of the ring, that the crown facets on the benitoite were slightly pitted and rounded. This can only be seen using magnification, and does not effect the dispersion and overall beauty.
If not for these issues with the benitoite, this ring would be priced almost double.
