The color is a beautiful benitoite medium blue with violet. The lighter colors have such great fire in the sunlight.
Due to the pleochroic nature of Benitoite, the stone can appear lighter, darker or almost colorless, depending on the light and viewing angle.
This gem is eye clean. Using magnification, some slight inclusions can be seen within the gem.
Overall a real beautiful rare gemstone.
