Amethyst on Rhyolite

Here is something you don't see every day from the land of red beryl, topaz bixbyite.
Beautiful crystals of pale colored amethyst. You could call them druzy, but they are some larger druzy crystals.
The color is a lavender and the quartz faces have very high luster.
The all blanket one side of this rhyolite matrix, which is natural an not stabilized, so some flakes of rhyolite do come off occasionally.
Within the amethyst, many crystals have a rainbow iridescence, which fluoresces a bright blue under longwave UV lighting.
A very unique specimen for sure.
