Green Beryl

Some have called this aquamarine, some see yellow in the coloring depending on the lighting and call it Aquador, I just call it green beryl!
This is a really nice beryl crystal, upon close inspection, it is a crystal that twinned as it grew. It has many faces due the twinning.
Many of the faces also show interesting growth and etching patterns. The top is well terminated, the bottom looks healed.
Although it's size fits into the definition of a Miniature specimen, it sheer girth makes it look like a small cabinet specimen.
It has great clarity in some areas, but the inclusions give it a very interesting look.
It comes from the Agua Sante Mine, aka "The Big Feldspar Mine" , Intinga Minas Gerais Brazil.
This locale is not generally known for Beryl specimens, but they do come across some nice pockets now and then.
It is an amazing specimen that is nicely terminated.
It has a few slight contacted spot, but on one side so not seen on display.
It is a great large display piece.
