Here is an amazing natural Specimen of Quartz var. Citrine, from a new find.  This crystal comes from the Mansa District, Luapula Province, Zambia, South Africa.

Natural Citrine Quartz crystals of good quality are uncommon worldwide. This crystal is 100% natural, no treatment of any kind. This impressive chunky, water clear crystal has a wonderful golden - amber color, graded up to a interesting grayish - smoky color at the terminations. It's termination faces are lightly frosted. The crystal is complete all around and in great shape overall. There is a slight bit of micro chipping present mainly on one edge of it's top termination and contact points from other crystals. Although I am selling this as a specimen, I should note that the crystal is very clean and has a good amount of gem facet rough in the upper portion available for cutting. It looks even better in person.  A very unique and fascinating crystal.

The specimen measures approx. 4.33 cm long x 1.80 cm wide x 1.51 cm thick. It weighs 16.9 grams (85 carats).
