Here is an amazing multi-mineral specimen from this region.
This was so hard to photograph and video, looks even better in person!
This cluster of sharply formed, water clear quartz crystals,
are included with crystals of dioptase and some duftite.
The quartz is so clear, you can see into and through all of them.
The cluster formed in and around crystals of dioptase.
A second generation of micro quartz crystals formed on and around the larger quartz and dioptase crystals.
There is a wonderful spray of dioptase crystals on on end of the specimen.
Some of the quartz crystals have a pale yellow fluorescence under longwave UV lighting.
Simple a pristine and stunning specimen!
