Druzy Quartz over Malachite over Wulfenite & Dioptase

Here is one very unique and interesting specimen.

This comes from the copper rich deposits of M'fouati.

This specimen has just so much going on.

This is a matrix of native copper covered in crystals, that are coated in druzy quartz.

There are bi-pyramidal crystals of Wulfenite, that were covered in Malachite,

before being covered in the quartz.

There are numberous crystals of dioptase on all sides of the specimen, that are also coated in quartz.

The base of the specimen shows also some shattuckite,

that may also be present under all the quartz coating.

I can only imagine what other crystals might be under the quartz coating.
