Here is a nice example of red beryl crystals on a rhyolite matrix.
There are dozens of crystals present, they are small, with crystals from micros up to 5 mm.
Due to their size, the crystals appear more pinkish red in color.
The rhyolite matrix has been stablized to keep the specimen intact.
