Here is a wonderful large cabinet size specimen from this well known locale.
The old mine name for this locale is a total crackup if you know what it means!

You don't see many specimen from this mine in the market these days.
This specimen has botryoidal type grayish blue hemimorphite, over Wulfenite and Vanadinite crystals on matrix.
The obvious wulfenite crystals are orange in color and can be seen through the druzy coating.
The more reddish coated crystals, are said to be pseudomorphs of vanadinite after wulfenite.
Micro vanadinite crystals can be seen around the edges of the main vug.
There are small vugs around the matrix with wulfenite crystals within.
On the back side are shallow vugs filled with druzy quartz crystals.
The pale orange, red and blue coloring makes for a beautiful color contrast.
There is some slight contact to the crystals at the edges of the specimen.
Overall a very wonderful specimen.
