Here is an interesting multi mineral specimen from this famous fluorite locality.
One one side you find small but very sharp crystal of whitish Strontianite that appear to have micro chalcopyrite throughout.
On the other side are micro crystals of druzy purple fluorite over pink fluorite,
with some strontianite and micro calcite.
On the top of the specimen are crystals of very transparent, honey colored calcite.
These calcite can shift from light to dark color depending on the lighting.
Oddly, the only part of this specimen that is not fluorescent is the fluorite.
The strontianite fluoresces a bright white, while the calcite on the top fluoresces orange.
The specimen have been in many collections, and three old labels are included.
