Here is a beautiful specimen from this famous, but now closed locale.
This is an amazing cluster of gemmy, golden honey colored grossular garnet.
These are well formed, with high luster faces that show some interesting growth patterns on them.
It has garnets up to 1 cm in diameter on this specimen.
These large garnet formed of a layer of micro garnets that are colorless to green in color.
The back side of the specimen is covered in these micro garnets.
The video washes out the color, the true color can be seen in the photos.
A very gemmy and lustrous specimen.
