Here is an aesthetic specimen from this famed locale.
I find the back side even more interesting to look at.
This specimen features beautiful translucent to transparent bladed crystal sprays of Inesite,
which shifts in color from a salmon to reddish orange.
These bladed crystals form fan like sprays throughout this specimen.
The crystals formed over a matrix with calcite, and on the back side the calcite is clearly visible over the matrix,
which gives it a great visual contract of the bladed crystals along with the clear to white calcite, protruding from vugs within the matrix.
A very beautiful specimen of this hard to find mineral.
